Quartzite is a natural stone formed when sandstone is exposed to extreme heat and pressure beneath the Earth’s surface. This process fuses the quartz grains together, creating an incredibly hard and dense material. Once quarried in large blocks, the stone is sliced into slabs and polished to highlight its unique veining and color. Each slab is one-of-a-kind, making quartzite a luxurious, durable option for countertops.
